Privacy Policy for Cowship

The Cowship mobile application is published on the App Store by Gustavo Isaac López Núñez, under the HiveKit name (“we”, “our” or “us”). This policy explains what information the app handles and why.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on your usage, we may collect:

• Advertising Identifiers: Anonymous identifiers to deliver relevant content.
• Advertising Data: Google AdMob receives your device's IP address (used for approximate location), device and app information, and how you interact with the ads it shows. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is only shared if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• Purchase History: Whether you own Cowship Pro, used only to unlock its features. Purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details.

2. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party services for core functionalities:

• Payments: Handled by Apple through the App Store. We never access your financial data.
• Ad Networks: Services like AdMob to provide in-app advertising.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Your hay, ships, missions, daily streak, high score and settings are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers.

4. Additional Details

• Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Google may use the data above to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, as described in Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
• In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we ask for your consent with Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Ad privacy choices inside the game.
• If you do not allow tracking, or if you buy Cowship Pro, the app does not use your advertising identifier. Cowship Pro removes all ads.
• Game Center is optional and provided by Apple. If you sign in, your best score appears on the Cowship leaderboard under Apple's terms.
• You can ask us to access or delete any information related to you by writing to the email below. Because we do not run our own servers, we do not hold personal data about you; requests about ad data can also be made to Google.

5. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to delete it.
