Privacy Policy for Pachanga

The Pachanga mobile application is published on the App Store by Gustavo Isaac López Núñez, under the HiveKit name (“we”, “our” or “us”). This policy explains what information the app handles and why.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on your usage, we may collect:

• Device & Usage Data: Device model, OS version, timestamps, and app interaction data.
• Advertising Identifiers: Anonymous identifiers to deliver relevant content.
• Advertising Data: Free users see ads from Google AdMob, which receives your device's IP address (used for approximate location), device and app information, and how you interact with the ads. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is only shared if you allow tracking in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• Purchase History: Whether you own the Pachanga Pass, used to unlock its features and to understand which plans people choose. Purchases are processed by Apple and verified through RevenueCat; we never see your payment details.

2. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party services for core functionalities:

• Analytics: TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, receives anonymous usage signals (for example, that a game was started) with the device model, OS and app version. It uses a salted, hashed identifier instead of personal data and is not used for tracking or advertising.
• Payments: Handled by Apple through the App Store and managed with RevenueCat, which receives your purchase history and an anonymous app user ID to confirm your Pachanga Pass. We never access your financial data.
• Ad Networks: Services like AdMob to provide in-app advertising.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Your name, avatar, player list, custom dares, play history and settings are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers.

4. Additional Details

• Multiplayer games connect nearby phones directly over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth (Apple's MultipeerConnectivity). Your name, avatar and the answers you type are sent only to the players in the same room while you play, and are not stored on any server.
• On devices that support Apple Intelligence, Pachanga Pass members get new Truth or Dare dares generated entirely on the device with Apple's on-device model. Your play history is used only for this, never leaves your device, and the feature can be turned off in Settings.
• Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Google may use the data above to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, as described in Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
• If you do not allow tracking, or if you have the Pachanga Pass, the app does not use your advertising identifier. Pachanga Pass members do not see ads and AdMob is not started for them.
• Spicy Mode and the Atrevido pack are intended for adults (18+) and ask you to confirm your age.
• You can ask us to access or delete any information related to you by writing to the email below. Because we do not run our own servers, we do not hold personal data about you; requests about ad data can also be made to Google.

5. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to delete it.
