Privacy Policy for PupGym

The PupGym mobile application is published on the App Store by Gustavo Isaac López Núñez, under the HiveKit name (“we”, “our” or “us”). This policy explains what information the app handles and why.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on your usage, we may collect:

• Device & Usage Data: Device model, OS version, timestamps, and app interaction data.
• Purchase History: Subscription and purchase status, used to unlock PupGym Pro and to measure how the app performs. It is not linked to your identity.

2. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party services for core functionalities:

• Analytics: TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused service, receives anonymized usage signals to help us improve the app. It never receives your name, email or your dog’s details.
• Payments: Handled securely by Apple (App Store) or RevenueCat. We never access your financial data.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Your dog’s profile, training plan, session history and journal (walks, meals, water, weight and energy) are stored only on your iPhone. They are never uploaded to our servers, and you can erase them at any time from Settings → Delete all data.

4. Additional Details

• Training reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. You can turn them off in the app or in iOS Settings.
• PupGym does not track you across other apps or websites and does not show ads.

5. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to delete it.
